Installation

The installation of the theme is fairly simple. You only need to drag the 3 folders (admin, catalog, image) from "FILES TO UPLOAD" to the main opencart directory on you server.

Select Vision Theme

• Login to your Opencart Admin Area
• Go to System > Settings > Edit (your store)
• Click on the Store tab. From the drop down listing of available themes select vision

Adjust your image sizes

Before you start using your store with the vision theme, image settings must be edited with the following values:

Modules Settings

This theme can use left or right column on all pages except for the Home page, the Product page, the Product category page, Information page and My Account page.

Do not activate both left AND right columns on a single page as there is not enough space for both of them.

(1) Main Slider

• Login to your Admin Area
• Go to System > Design > Banner
• Click on Insert button. Pick a name for your banner Home Slider for example, make sure it is enabled and click on "Add Banner".
• Pick a title and link for the first slider image then choose the image itself (Browse Files). Make sure your images are the appropriate size: 980x450 Repeat this step for as many slider Items you want to have then click SAVE

• Go to Extensions > Modules > Slideshow > Edit and from the banner dropdown select the previously created "Home Slider" banner. Put in the following values for slider size shown on the image below to make sure your slider fills up the appropriate space: 980x450. For Layout select Home (you want it showing on the Home page), Position - Content Top.

(2) Featured Module

Go to Extensions > Modules > Featured > Edit . In the Products text field start typing a name of a product you want to include in the featured section of your store and since the field is AUTOCOMPLETE names of products matching what you typed will show so you can select one. Select as many products as you want to have in your Featured section and then fill in the values from the below image regarding where this module should show and what product image sizes it should have at that specific location.

(3) Front Page 3 Banners

• Go to System > Design > Banner
• Click on Insert button. Pick a name for your banner section Banner - Home for example, make sure it is enabled and click on "Add Banner".
• Pick a title and a link for the first banner image then choose the image itself (Browse Files). Make sure your banner's width is 310px, that way 3 banners can fit perfectly in that banner section. Repeat this step 3 times and click SAVE

• Go to Extensions > Modules > Banner > Edit , for Banner select the previously created Banner - Banner line - Home from the dropdown and put in the following values (Since my banners' size is 310x250 this is the values I've typed in for Dimensions):

(4) Latest Module

This module show the products added most recently. Go to Extensions > Modules > Latest > Edit and put in the following values:

This module show products that are on Sale. Go to Extensions > Modules > Specials > Edit and put in the following values:

Custom Functionality

Go to Extension > Modules > Vision Theme Custom Options. Here you must install (click on the 'install' link) and then enable (click on 'edit' change the status to `enabled` and then click 'Save')

Customization Background / Patterns / Colors & Footer part seetings read carefully the descriptions and instructions below.

(1) Layout Settings

Choose Google web Fonts

In the Background/Patterns section you can select a pattern from the default list or upload your own pattern or full background image.

      Images will be used in the following order:

•  Full background image, if not present then
• Custom pattern, if not present then
• One of the default patterns if selected, else, none.

Feel free to try different combinations, if you want to return to default value, just clear the desired field.

The footer section you can change various informations in the site's footer.
